Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder

This tender lamb has been slow cooked for six hours with onions, carrots, celery, thyme and rosemary. The resulting stock is then reduced to form a flavoursome jus, or gravy, to pour over. This is accompanied by mashed kumara, carrots and green beans.

Serving size: a generous single serving (360g)!

Ingredients: Lamb Shoulder 50% (Lamb 66%, Water, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Salt, Pepper, Herbs), Kumara Mash (Kumara, Coconut Oil, Salt, Pepper), Green Beans and Carrots.
